Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Floristry Courses website and any online classes, downloadable materials, and related services. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Service Open Closed
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with security-related features.
All course videos, lesson text, worksheets, and designs are owned by Floristry Courses or its licensors. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for your own learning. Reproduction, distribution, public display, resale, or sharing of materials is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing.
- Do not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
- Do not post or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that violates rights of others.
- Do not use the Service to impersonate individuals or misrepresent your identity.
Enrollment Open Closed
Enrollment provides access to the course(s) specified at checkout. Access terms (including duration, content availability, and updates) are described on the course page and may vary by offering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Enrollments are personal. Sharing accounts or granting others access is not permitted. We may suspend accounts suspected of shared access.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service. If changes materially reduce access you’ve purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or an appropriate remedy.
Refunds Open Closed
Refund eligibility depends on the course type and the time elapsed since purchase. If you believe your purchase qualifies, contact support with your order information. Where refunds are granted, they are issued to the original payment method.
Set your purchase date to see a suggested deadline for a 14-day request window.
- We may deny refund requests that indicate abuse, repeated refunds, or account sharing.
- Taxes and processing fees may be non-refundable where required by law or processor policies.
- Some limited-time or cohort-based offerings may have stricter refund terms; those will be shown at checkout.
Code of Conduct Open Closed

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory behavior.
No plagiarism or presenting others’ work as your own.
Follow tool, floral, and workspace safety instructions in lessons.
Violations may result in warnings, removal of content, temporary suspension, or termination of access without refund where permitted by law.
Use this form to report conduct concerns to our team.
Contact support and include your account email (if any) and a brief description. We may provide clarifications, but only a written change to these Terms signed by us is binding.
